Access for everyone

Accessibility statement

Our accessibility approach, current testing practices, known third-party limits, and how to report a barrier.

Effective and last updated

Our commitment

de Lacey Ventures LLC wants Recall Index to be usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as technical guidance and work to provide clear structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, labeled forms, meaningful link text, and reduced-motion support.

How we test

We test core pages at mobile, tablet, and desktop sizes and review keyboard navigation, semantic headings, form labels, focus visibility, contrast, console errors, and reduced-motion behavior. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time certification.

Third-party content

The service links to official agencies and may display agency-supplied product images. We do not control the accessibility of external websites or source materials, but we welcome reports when third-party content creates a barrier on our pages.

Report a barrier or request another format

Email contact@therecallguy.com with the subject “Accessibility.” Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and any preferred alternative format. Browser, device, and assistive-technology details can help us reproduce the issue, but do not send sensitive medical information.

We will review the request and work toward a reasonable way to provide the information or improve access. This statement describes current efforts and is not a claim that every page or external destination conforms to a particular standard.
