Report a recall-data issue
Use the subject “Recall correction” and include:
- The Recall Index page address and recall title.
- The field you believe is wrong or missing.
- A link to the official agency or recalling-organization source.
- A short explanation of the requested correction.
We review substantiated reports against the cited official source and may correct or annotate normalized data. We cannot change an agency record, decide whether a product is safe, or guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the access, correction, or deletion request. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you. Please do not email passwords, government identification, payment information, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Accessibility reports
Use the subject “Accessibility” and include the affected page, the task you were trying to complete, and the barrier encountered. See the accessibility statement for more detail.
Product and emergency questions
For product-specific refunds, repairs, disposal, medical questions, or incident reporting, contact the agency, manufacturer, retailer, or qualified professional identified in the official recall notice. For immediate danger, illness, injury, or poisoning, contact emergency services.
